Christopher Cole
Chris is the Vice President of Client Team Staffing at INSIGHT2PROFIT where he partners with leaders to ensure teams have the talent meet and exceed client expectations while providing opportunities for team members to develop and grow professionally in ways that are meaningful and rewarding.
Prior to joining INSIGHT, Chris held various managerial roles, including Senior Engagement Manager at Aspirant, a global management and technology consulting firm. He also served in management positions at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Deloitte Consulting. At KeyBank, he held the role of Senior Vice President, Talent Management, where he served as a trusted advisor for Key’s Executive and Senior Leadership Team collaborating on succession planning, executive onboarding, and organizational redesign.
Chris earned his M.A. in National Security Studies from Georgetown University and his B.A. in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs and History from Miami University. He holds certifications in Change Leadership from Guidehouse, as a facilitator in Situational Leadership, debriefing and coaching through Hogan Assessments, and is a Certified Professional Coach.
