Our Leadership Team
Andy Fauver
Andy is the Senior Vice President of Transaction Services at INSIGHT2PROFIT, where he leads the Transaction Services Practice. There, he partners with private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and other transaction advisors to add significant value to the mergers & acquisition process by developing the data foundation and analytics, identifying enterprise value creation opportunities and risks, and developing the growth roadmap and strategy. With over 25 years of consulting and commercial experience, Andy is a trusted advisor to private equity firms, their portfolio companies and investment banks. He spearheaded the launch of INSIGHT’s Quality of Pricing® service offerings to support buy-side, exit planning and sell-side due diligence, and post-acquisition value creation.
Prior to joining INSIGHT, he founded and served as President of Freedonia Custom Research, a division of The Freedonia Group, providing growth consulting and market analytics to Global 1000 companies, private equity firms and investment banks across a wide range of industries. He started his career with Ernst & Young and Capgemini serving clients across industries with operational improvement and business transformation engagements and led Sales Operations for the Capgemini’s Technology Consulting group as part of The Leadership Development Program.
Andy earned his MBA at Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Management and completed his B.A. degree in History from Hamilton College.
Carl Will
Carl joined INSIGHT2PROFIT as Chief Executive Officer in February 2022. A charismatic and pragmatic leader, he has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and accelerating business growth, boasting more than two decades of executive leadership and C-suite management experience. Carl thrives on collaborating with team members and clients to solve problems and drive positive financial impact.
Prior to joining INSIGHT, Carl gained extensive experience across various industries, including professional services, industrial, medical, operations, manufacturing, and private equity. Most recently, he served as the President and CEO of Sunrise Windows and Doors. Prior to that, Carl held senior Commercial and Operational leadership positions at Applied Industrial Technologies, a global industrial distributor; Invacare, a leading manufacturer and distributor of home and long-term medical products; and GE Lighting.
Carl earned his MBA from Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business and completed his BBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University.
Jonathan Durkee
Jonathan brings over 20 years of experience in the B2B software industry primarily in product and general management to his role as Chief Operating Officer at INSIGHT2PROFIT.
Prior to joining INSIGHT, Jonathan was with Verizon Connect where he served as General Manager for a business unit focused on expansion into a new product category while also serving as Vice President of Product Management for the large and rapidly growing core GPS vehicle tracking segment. Jonathan has experience serving customers of all sizes, with companies at all stages of growth as well as experience working in and across multiple functions.
Jonathan earned his B.A. in Mass Communications from Miami University.
Lisa Claussen-Adams
Lisa is the Chief People Officer at INSIGHT2PROFIT, bringing over 25 years of experience playing a key role in establishing organizations within leading investment management and consulting firms. Her extensive global and diverse industry exposure spans more than 200 client and portfolio companies, showcasing a proven ability to build teams and organizations in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Lisa excels in navigating the dynamics of fast-growing professional services organizations, demonstrating proficiency in areas such as talent acquisition, learning, training and development, performance management, organizational effectiveness, career development, and compensation.
As a trusted partner within executive teams, Lisa is recognized as a go-to change leader who stays attuned to both the organization’s pulse and the market. Her strategic and tactical expertise across all human capital functions equips her to address the most critical challenges arising in the evolving labor market.
Prior to joining INSIGHT, Lisa held the position of Chief Talent Officer at Cornerstone Research. In this role, she and her talent team implemented best practices in organizational development and effectiveness, talent acquisition, and talent development, contributing to the successful scaling up of their client services team.
Lisa earned a B.A. in Political Science and Communications from Boston College.
Ryan Miller
Ryan is the Chief Financial Officer at INSIGHT2PROFIT, overseeing all facets of finance, accounting, reporting, and administration. He contributes to the senior leadership team’s efforts in steering business strategy and earnings growth.
Ryan plays a pivotal role in corporate and operational financial functions, including financial and operational control, capital structure, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), audit and taxes, treasury and cash flow, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business integration, human resources administration, legal matters, and other aspects of corporate development. His primary focus is on contributing to the growth of EBITDA and enhancing the overall value of the enterprise.
Prior to joining INSIGHT, Ryan held the position of Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at EnvisionRx. In this capacity, he assumed responsibility for financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and played a key role in M&A and other strategic corporate development initiatives. Ryan’s professional experience encompasses diverse corporate environments, spanning from private-growth companies to larger publicly traded entities, with significant exposure to private equity-backed businesses.
Ryan earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and completed his B.S. degree from Georgetown University, where he graduated as class valedictorian.
Terry Oblander
Terry is the Chief Commercial Officer at INSIGHT2PROFIT. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial leadership experience, he collaborates with senior executives to implement commercial strategies that drive significant profit improvements.
At INSIGHT, Terry spearheads the development and execution of growth strategies while overseeing crucial functions, including transaction services, business development, sales, and marketing. Since joining the company in 2011, he has held several key leadership roles, including Chief Growth Officer and Managing Director of Advisory Services. Terry has been instrumental in leading pricing and profit improvement engagements for numerous companies and played a pivotal role in shaping INSIGHT’s approach to continuous value creation for its clients.

Amanda Davis
Amanda is a Director of Business Development at INSIGHT2PROFIT. Amanda has over 7 years of experience with INSIGHT and specializes in identifying profit opportunities and devising solutions to drive sustainable and scalable impact.
She began her career at INSIGHT as a member of our Delivery team where she led dynamic price modeling, hands-on change management and continuous improvement initiatives. Now, Amanda leverages her experience to lead our Business Development group, ensuring new client partnerships have a clear and value accretive scope, with a shared vision of success.
Amanda earned her B.A. in Economics and Management with a minor in Leadership Studies from Marietta College.
Amanda King
Amanda is the Director of Human Resources at INSIGHT2PROFIT, bringing over 15 years of diverse industry HR experience. She excels in compensation, project management, payroll, training and development, and talent acquisition. Amanda is passionate about fostering growth and retaining engaged teams, leveraging her expertise to drive success across multiple HR domains.
Prior to joining INSIGHT, Amanda served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Lincoln International. In this role, she partnered with leaders to support workforce strategy, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement in the firm’s M&A practice.

Andrew Boronka
Andrew is a Principal at INSIGHT2PROFIT. Andrew is Director of Information Technology at INSIGHT2PROFIT. Andrew has more than 38 years experience in the IT field. He is an experienced Infrastructure leader with a proven track record of success building and managing teams to deliver exceptional service and a stable foundation to support business growth across multiple industries. He has strong experience in ERP implementation, is knowledgeable and adept in cloud/virtualization and networking technologies.
Prior to joining INSIGHT, Andrew held numerous leadership roles. Most recently, he was a Senior Infrastructure Director at Securitas Electronic Security, Inc., a trusted security provider, and Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Stratus, a nationwide brand implementation company.
Andrew earned his A.S. degree from Eastern Florida State College.
Andy Banyas
Andy is the Director of Market Intelligence at INSIGHT2PROFIT, possessing over 16 years of experience. Andy has overseen consulting engagements across a diverse array of B2B and B2C markets, encompassing packaging, industrial equipment, building materials, industrial distribution, SaaS solutions, EdTech, and consumer durables and nondurables.
Throughout his career, Andy has led hundreds of market intelligence engagements for private equity firms, Global 500 companies, and other industry leaders, facilitating revenue and profit growth through actionable market insights. He specializes in designing complex research programs leveraging expert interviews, survey research, and secondary data sources to compile the necessary market and competitive intelligence for successful long-term strategies. Andy Voelker
Andy is a Principal at INSIGHT2PROFIT bringing over 20 years of strategy consulting experience, specializing in pricing, analytics, strategy and operations. He has led numerous B2C pricing and commercial strategy engagements at INSIGHT and has deep retail experience as an operator.
Prior to joining INSIGHT, Andy spent 10 years at Ace Hardware, where he held multiple leadership positions encompassing all aspects of cost/price management and analytics to support the merchandising organization. Prior to joining Ace Hardware, Andy spent 10 years in Accenture’s retail practice focusing on pricing and promotion strategy and operations.

Brian Clayson

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Chris held various managerial roles, including Senior Engagement Manager at Aspirant, a global management and technology consulting firm. At KeyBank, he held the role of Senior Vice President, Talent Management, where he served as a trusted advisor for Key’s Executive and Senior Leadership Team collaborating on succession planning, executive onboarding, and organizational redesign.
Chris earned his M.A. in National Security Studies from Georgetown University and his B.A. in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs and History from Miami University. Christopher Welch
Christopher is a Director at INSIGHT2PROFIT with over 15 years of industry and consulting experience in strategy, pricing, finance, and commercial leadership roles serving companies in chemicals, manufacturing, industrial distribution, and education.
Prior to joining INSIGHT, Christopher led commercial, marketing, pricing, and strategy teams at PPG Industries. In addition, he served for four years as a U.S . Army officer.

Damian Ventresca
Damian is a Director with INSIGHT2PROFIT with over 12 years of commercial and operational experience. Damian specializes in B2B pricing strategy and execution, as well as demand planning and inventory management.
