Andy Fauver
Andy is the Senior Vice President of Transaction Services at INSIGHT2PROFIT, where he leads the Transaction Services Practice. There, he partners with private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and other transaction advisors to add significant value to the mergers & acquisition process by developing the data foundation and analytics, identifying enterprise value creation opportunities and risks, and developing the growth roadmap and strategy. With over 25 years of consulting and commercial experience, Andy is a trusted advisor to private equity firms, their portfolio companies and investment banks. He spearheaded the launch of INSIGHT’s Quality of Pricing® service offerings to support buy-side, exit planning and sell-side due diligence, and post-acquisition value creation.
Prior to joining INSIGHT, he founded and served as President of Freedonia Custom Research, a division of The Freedonia Group, providing growth consulting and market analytics to Global 1000 companies, private equity firms and investment banks across a wide range of industries. He started his career with Ernst & Young and Capgemini serving clients across industries with operational improvement and business transformation engagements and led Sales Operations for the Capgemini’s Technology Consulting group as part of The Leadership Development Program.
Andy earned his MBA at Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Management and completed his B.A. degree in History from Hamilton College.
Bailey Exler
Bailey is a Manager of Private Equity at INSIGHT2PROFIT, specializing in pricing excellence. She has dedicated her career to helping clients achieve optimal pricing strategies. With a diverse background in marketing, sales, account management, and channel management, Bailey has honed skills in marketing, data analytics, strategy and process development, content creation, and teamwork.
In her 7 years with INSIGHT, Bailey has advanced from Business Development Coordinator to Manager. Her responsibilities include strategic account management, goal setting, account development planning, in-depth research, and tracking target portfolios and key contacts. She also oversees partnership updates, CRM system management, and account activity tracking. Proactively managing sales pipeline accounts, Bailey gathers research, creates materials, and captures critical client information, including presentations, proposals, statements of service, and NDAs.
Before joining INSIGHT, Bailey worked at Techtronics Industries as a Sales and Marketing Representative. In this role, as a multi-store representative, she engaged customers daily to provide optimal solutions, ensured product and end-user knowledge, implemented and strategized in-store merchandising campaigns for the success of various brands, communicated product benefits with Home Depot associates and potential customers, and built and maintained relationships with store managers and Home Depot associates.
Bailey earned a B.S. and a B.A. in Marketing/Marketing Management, with concentrations in General and Asian Studies, from John Carroll University.
Chris Donnelly
Chris is the Vice President of Sales at INSIGHT2PROFIT, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience focused on organizational growth, sustainable change management, and project leadership. He collaborates with both corporate entities and private equity firms to uncover business potential, leveraging strategic and operational improvements to enhance existing pricing methods. Chris’s expertise in pricing and change management helps clients identify and capitalize on often overlooked opportunities for margin enhancement, demonstrating how even slight price improvements can significantly boost their EBITDA.
Chris is well-versed in various aspects of the business landscape, specializing in Price Management, Pricing Strategy, Price Leaks, Software Development, Change Management, Project Management, B2B, and Private Equity.

Chris is a Director of Private Equity at INSIGHT2PROFIT, with 9 years of professional experience with the company. He began as a Business Analyst and has progressed through roles including Associate, Consultant, and Manager of Business Development.
Chris specializes in pricing and profit strategy, account leadership, and generating new sales opportunities. His track record demonstrates his exceptional talent for relationship building, leveraging advanced analytics and strong interpersonal skills to drive client success.
Prior to joining INSIGHT, Chris worked for the State of Illinois where he managed State and local political campaigns.
Chris earned his MBA in Marketing and Statistics from George Washington University and his B.A. in Political Science from DePauw University.
Matt Busch
Matt is the Senior Vice President of Private Equity at INSIGHT2PROFIT. With over 25 years of diverse experience in commercial, private equity, and management consulting industries, Matt enhances the Commercial Leadership Team’s knowledge of private equity clients’ challenges and identifying opportunities to deliver capabilities and unmatched value across all stages of the deal lifecycle.
Matt’s expertise spans the commercial landscape, encompassing pricing, revenue management, marketing, loyalty programs, sales, distribution, demand planning, inventory, and channel and merchandizing strategies across various industries. He collaborates with private equity firms and C-suite executives, including CEOs, Chief Commercial Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Data & Analytics Officers, Chief Revenue Officers, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Digital Officers, and other leaders to develop targeted strategies aimed at maximizing enterprise value and minimizing risk.
Before joining INSIGHT, Matt led strategy and oversaw the delivery of large-scale value creation projects in diverse industries. He built and managed high-performing client relationship organizations and played a key role in transformative turnarounds and growth initiatives at companies such as Equifax and Revenue Analytics.
Matt earned his B.S. in Management from Southern Cross University.
Mike Brenner
Mike is a Vice President of Private Equity at INSIGHT2PROFIT, where he has over 15 years of pricing experience across multiple industries and within the consulting field. He specializes in B2B pricing strategy & implementation for distribution, manufacturing, and service providers. Mike has led more than 3 dozen engagements at INSIGHT, excelling in identifying profitability improvement opportunities and offering pragmatic solutions to change management to ensure tangible financial benefits are achieved.
Prior to joining INSIGHT, Mike managed a pricing team at GOJO Industries, focusing on establishing market-based pricing for its PURELL line and heavy-duty cleaning products. During this period, Mike lead the launch of the pricing function within Salesforce.com, along with additional data & systems integrations within the pricing domain.
Examples of Mike’s pricing experiences include:
- Drove over $100M in price improvement for a national sanitation services provider through the launch of an optimized pricing engine, differentiated price increases, and enhanced leakage management
- Led a $20M margin improvement initiative for a primary supplier of packaging solutions by identifying and correcting profitability outliers, implementing a process for strategically addressing cost increase events, and launching price management tools to support optimization of freight recovery and surcharge capture
- Delivered over $20M in margin improvement for a leader in lubricant sales & distribution services through the establishment of a value-based pricing strategy, development of integrated pricing tools, and robust change management program
Mike earned his MBA in Finance and a B.A. in International Business from the University of Akron, College of Business. He has also studied at the Rennes International School of Business in France.
Rebecca Monico
Rebecca is a Director on the Transaction Services team and is a results driven professional with over 20 years of experience supporting private equity firms and their portfolio companies in capturing value creation opportunities.
As a Director at INSIGHT, she is responsible for uncovering profit opportunities for clients during buy-side and sell-side diligence and other transaction-related needs. She accomplishes this by working closely with clients and leveraging INSIGHT’s Profit Analytics solution, to deliver results that inform strategic decisions and provide visibility to the value creation roadmap during the M&A process.
Prior to INSIGHT, Rebecca served as Vice President at KeyBanc Capital Markets, where she led clients through the origination and execution of public equity offerings, including due diligence support and investor strategy guidance. Additionally, she assessed recapitalization alternatives, analyzed shareholder opportunities and managed the preparation of shareholder reporting material.
Rebecca earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder, Leeds School of Business.
Ryan Kane
Ryan is a Vice President of Private Equity at INSIGHT2PROFIT, leveraging over 15 years of experience as a seasoned business leader. He consistently drives measurable positive margin impact through strategic development and the implementation/execution of pricing and other margin-enhancing initiatives.
Ryan has led over 75 engagements globally, demonstrating expertise in commercial pricing structures, analytics, modeling, and price measurement and execution. His proficiency extends to working knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI), Margin Management, Contract Strategy, Market Assessment, Competitive Assessment, Communications, Strategy, Business Development, and R Studio.
Prior to joining INSIGHT, Ryan spent a decade at Booz Allen as a Management Consultant working in strategy and design as well as in a “price to win” capacity within their business operations practice.
Ryan earned his MBA in Change Management and a B.S. in Marketing/Marketing Management from North Central College. He completed advanced coursework in Advanced Business Analytics from Indiana University, Kelly School of Business.
Terry Oblander
Terry is the Chief Commercial Officer at INSIGHT2PROFIT. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial leadership experience, he collaborates with senior executives to implement commercial strategies that drive significant profit improvements.
At INSIGHT, Terry spearheads the development and execution of growth strategies while overseeing crucial functions, including transaction services, business development, sales, and marketing. Since joining the company in 2011, he has held several key leadership roles, including Chief Growth Officer and Managing Director of Advisory Services. Terry has been instrumental in leading pricing and profit improvement engagements for numerous companies and played a pivotal role in shaping INSIGHT’s approach to continuous value creation for its clients.
Terry is deeply passionate about enhancing business operations, fostering team and individual development, and contributing to work that makes a meaningful difference.
Prior to joining INSIGHT, Terry held senior leadership positions at AkzoNobel, a Fortune 500 building materials company, where he demonstrated a consistent track record of leading cross-functional teams in driving profitability improvements.
