Prior to joining INSIGHT2PROFIT, Justin was Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics, for the Design-to-Value Product Strategy team at Moen. Within the Design-to-Value team, Justin developed big data analytic capabilities as well as predictive analytic models of consumer value to drive product & portfolio optimization. He also led Moen’s category expansion strategy work. Prior to that, Justin spent ten years at Swagelok where he held various operations leadership roles across product engineering, manufacturing engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations management – including 2+ years as Vice General Manager for China Operations and China Technology Center in Shanghai. Justin holds Bachelor’s degrees in Manufacturing Engineering and Engineering Management from Miami University.
