With a balanced mix of organizational experience Regina Loiko brings a deep understanding of the criteria for organizational effectiveness. Regina is passionate about creating work places where people are inspired and energized. She is observant and logical in her approach to team, talent, and leadership development. Regina works to remove barriers that cause ineffectiveness and address root causes in a way that elevates individuals and builds high performing teams. Prior to joining INSIGHT2PROFIT Regina ran her own Organization Development Consulting Practice. She worked as the Director of Human Resources for The Shamrock Companies, has experience in the non-profit and hospitality industries, and at the beginning of her professional life Regina taught fifth grade. She earned her B.S. in Education from Ohio University and an M.S. in Organization Development from Case Western Reserve University. Regina serves as a guide for girls, using her coaching and personal development skills to design and deliver The Patty Wood Girls Leadership Academy for the The First Tee of Cleveland. In this program girls age 12 to 14 learn to “stand up, speak up…leading themselves to lead others”.
