Andy is the Senior Vice President of Transaction Services at INSIGHT2PROFIT, where he leads the Transaction Services Practice. There, he partners with private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and other transaction advisors to add significant value to the mergers & acquisition process by developing the data foundation and analytics, identifying enterprise value creation opportunities and risks, and developing the growth roadmap and strategy. With over 25 years of consulting and commercial experience, Andy is a trusted advisor to private equity firms, their portfolio companies and investment banks. He spearheaded the launch of INSIGHT’s Quality of Pricing® service offerings to support buy-side, exit planning and sell-side due diligence, and post-acquisition value creation.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, he founded and served as President of Freedonia Custom Research, a division of The Freedonia Group, providing growth consulting and market analytics to Global 1000 companies, private equity firms and investment banks across a wide range of industries. He started his career with Ernst & Young and Capgemini serving clients across industries with operational improvement and business transformation engagements and led Sales Operations for the Capgemini’s Technology Consulting group as part of The Leadership Development Program.

Andy earned his MBA at Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Management and completed his B.A. degree in History from Hamilton College.

Danielle is a Principal at INSIGHT2PROFIT. Danielle has more than 15 years of professional experience including 10 years as a pricing consultant. She has served in various capacities in commercial analytics, e-business, and project management roles.

Specializing in B2B pricing for manufacturers, distributors, and service providers, she leads pricing engagements to ensure long-term sustainable impact. Her leadership extends beyond client engagements to include her previous role as the lead of INSIGHT’s Summer Analyst Program.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Danielle spent 7 years at Simonton Windows.

Examples of Danielle’s pricing experiences include:

• Drove a 4% improvement in return on sales (ROS) for an industrial configured products manufacturer by shifting from cost-plus to value-based pricing, introducing an integrated quoting solution, holding the sales organization accountable for driving price, and implementing weekly price monitoring
• Led a 2.5% improvement in return on recurring revenue for a professional services provider through a new pricing strategy and infrastructure, differentiated pricing, and emphasis on price adoption and win rate
• Delivered a 30% margin improvement in Year 1 for a manufacturer of electrical equipment by implementing a pricing algorithm and tool to provide differentiated freight rates; continued success includes increasing freight revenue and margin through identification of leakage such as carrier compliance, additional charges, and process changes

Danielle earned her MBA from The Ohio State University, Fisher School of Business, and a M.S. in Quantitative Psychology, from the University of Notre Dame, specializing in finite factor mixture modeling. She also holds a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Psychology from Marietta College.

Nick is a Director at INSIGHT2PROFIT, bringing more than 20 years of professional experience in a variety of commercial leadership and pricing roles. He has worked with B2B manufacturers and distributors across multiple markets, with particular depth, in the healthcare and life sciences industries.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Nick led the Respiratory Therapy business unit for Invacare Corporation, a $1B manufacturer of home and long-term care medical products. During his time at Cardinal Health, he led the development and commercialization of their private label offering in the home health market. Nick also dedicated nearly 15 years with STERIS Corporation, in various capacities including Product Management, Strategy & Corporate Development, and Financial Planning & Analysis.

Examples of Nick’s experience include:

• Led an engagement resulting in over $85M in price improvement for a leading crane rental company, achieved through standardizing pricing and quoting processes, implementing a differentiated pricing model, developing a performance management system, and partnering with the client to drive change in the sales organization
• Drove a 4pp improvement in Return on Sales (ROS) for one of the world’s largest providers of replacement medical parts by implementing a differentiated price increase and quote tool for new business.
• Led a 5pp improvement in ROS for a leading provider of packaging supplies through a series of differentiated price increases and the development of robust price management tools to identify and address sources of margin leakage

Nick earned his MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Case Western Reserve University, the Weatherhead School of Management, and a BSBA in Finance from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business.

Rebecca is a Director on the Transaction Services team and is a results driven professional with over 20 years of experience supporting private equity firms and their portfolio companies in capturing value creation opportunities.

As a Director at INSIGHT, she is responsible for uncovering profit opportunities for clients during buy-side and sell-side diligence and other transaction-related needs. She accomplishes this by working closely with clients and leveraging INSIGHT’s Profit Analytics solution, to deliver results that inform strategic decisions and provide visibility to the value creation roadmap during the M&A process.

Prior to INSIGHT, Rebecca served as Vice President at KeyBanc Capital Markets, where she led clients through the origination and execution of public equity offerings, including due diligence support and investor strategy guidance. Additionally, she assessed recapitalization alternatives, analyzed shareholder opportunities and managed the preparation of shareholder reporting material.

Rebecca earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder, Leeds School of Business.

Todd is the Director of Product Management at INSIGHT2PROFIT, bringing more than 2 decades of experience to his role.  Focused on the B2B software and technology space, Todd is dedicated to developing and managing solutions that help clients achieve significant profit gains for their business and community. He accomplishes this by identify and realizing profitability opportunities through tailored technology solutions.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Todd held pivotal roles at LeadingAgile, Verizon Connect, Fleetmatics (acquired by Verizon Connect), SageQuest, and Hoover’s, a D&B company.

Examples of Todd’s experience include:

• Over 11 years in the high growth, SaaS technology sector, guiding companies through transitions from start-up to mid-sized IPO, and eventually serving as the growth engine of a Fortune 10 company
• Managed SaaS solutions across every stage of the product lifecycle
• Designed and managed the development of 2 telematics software platforms from inception, involving hands-on development, cycle management, and daily decision-making under high pressure
• More than 5 years managing international product lines, balancing local product requirements and portfolio investment between global growth and North American market needs

Todd earned his B.A. in English and B.S. in Mass Communications at Miami University.

Will is the Senior Product Manager of Analytics at INSIGHT2PROFIT. With over 13 years of experience in analytics, Will specializes in solving complex data problems for clients across various solutions, industries, and platforms. He has led multiple INSIGHT projects in industries including aerospace distribution, B2C retail hardware, hardwood manufacturing, and more. He continues to serve as an advisor and solutions architect across all INSIGHT engagements.

Prior to joining INSIGHT, Will held analytics-based roles in global food production and restaurant franchising companies.
